My fraternity needs help with easy and quick fundraisers. Were low on money and have a lot of big events coming up. Any ideas?

Fraternity fundraising for your philanthropy can be a challenge. The bigger the group you have the more difficult it is to keep all your brothers happy all the time. However, if you handle the organizational aspects of your fundraiser in an efficient way, you’ll leave yourself some breathing room.

We recently chartered on campus and our alumni have raised around $5000 dollars for us to furnish our house and make a formal room. This includes leather couches, lamps, tables, drapes, etc. Now there is a debate on where this room will exist in the house. The brothers largely (90% of the chapter) want it in one room, while the alumni want it in another room.

Having a golf tournament as a fundraiser is a way to have a great time and fund-raise a lot money for the fraternity.

A fraternity is throwing away money if they don’t take advantage of recycling cans. This is the perfect fundraiser for a new member class.

How does a fraternity raise money without help from alumni?

This whole moving ordeal got me thinking about a great fundraising idea for a fraternity. I would have happily paid my fraternity $1000 or even $2000 to move my stuff for me.
