Most people lie and say they were good. I think I'd be the first to lie and say I failed... Regardless, the point is this - if you want your brotherhood to have a great sense of accomplishment, then they have to have a part in setting the vision for the fraternity. If they don't have ownership of the goal, then they won't really care if it is achieved or not. Unfortunately, I had to learn this lesson the hard way. I hope others don't make my same mistake. Regardless, the point is this – if you want your brotherhood to have a great sense of accomplishment, then they have to have a part in setting the vision for the fraternity. If they don’t have ownership of the goal, then they won’t really care if it is achieved or not.

Unfortunately, I had to learn this lesson the hard way. I hope others don’t make my same mistake.
