Regardless, the point is this - if you want your brotherhood to have a great sense of accomplishment, then they have to have a part in setting the vision for the fraternity.  If they don&#039;t have ownership of the goal, then they won&#039;t really care if it is achieved or not.  

Unfortunately, I had to learn this lesson the hard way.  I hope others don&#039;t make my same mistake.</description>
